I am the manager for both the LaGrange and Oak Park locations and have been with Drs. Battistoni and Beam since May 2010. I focus more on the business side and enjoy working with the team members at both offices. My goal is to ensure we have the tools and training in place to help our staff provide the highest level of care available to our patients. I like the challenge of implementing new technology to support patient care as well as our office operations. Being a part of a team and organization that really believes in providing the best customer service and care for their patients is very rewarding. However, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing a satisfied, smiling patient.

Sharon

I have been with Drs. Battistoni and Beam since 2006. As the financial coordinator, it is my goal to make orthodontics affordable for all of our patients and their families. I enjoy helping patients utilize their dental benefits and finding the best financial option for everyone. I can relate to our patients and families and what their concerns might be about finances. I love when people leave their visit with me looking completely comfortable and relieved!  Although my job does not require me to work closely with our patients, I still enjoy their energy and love to see their changes occur. They always leave with a happy smile!

Anne

My goal as a treatment coordinator is to make every person who comes to our office feel comfortable and help them make the right decision about their smile. My ultimate goal is to get patients started on the journey to a beautiful smile! I believe every person should have the smile they desire and am excited to play a part in making that a reality. I live in the area with my husband Jim, our two dogs, and a collection of cars.

I am the treatment coordinator in the Oak Park office for Drs. Battistoni and Beam. I enjoy working with people and sharing my skills and talents to enhance the lives of others. I like to treat patients as if I have always known them. It pleases me to be a part of such a devoted team of professionals who truly make a difference in the lives of our adolescent and adult patients by enhancing their smiles. My earliest work background was as a social worker in Cleveland, Ohio. That was followed by a wonderful time in my life where I was able to stay home and raise my three children.

I have been a front desk coordinator for Drs. Battistoni and Beam for 16 years and have seen many exciting and innovative changes take place within the practice. I truly enjoy meeting our patients and feel lucky to experience the transformations that take place as they go through their orthodontic treatment. Our office is fun and even has video games! I am married with two sons and four grandchildren.

Jamie

I have been a front desk coordinator with Drs. Battistoni and Beam since September 2010. I love interacting with our patients and making sure they’re comfortable in our office. My goal is to provide an excellent customer experience at every visit. I enjoy meeting families from the neighborhood and am always delighted when I see children of friends or families I know. I like being on a team with doctors that truly care and take pride in making sure their patients receive the best care available. A smile is forever!

Joan

I’m a front desk coordinator, and I especially enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. We have many adult patients, and I can relate to them because I had braces as an adult as well. The most rewarding aspect of working with Drs. Battistoni and Beam is seeing the excitement in our patients’ eyes when I am making their removal appointments. Nothing compares to their big beautiful smiles on removal day! I am married and have lived in Elmwood Park for over 30 years. I have three sons, a cat, and a bird.

I am one of the front desk coordinators at the LaGrange office and became part of the team in December 2010. I have been in customer service for many years and strive to meet all the scheduling needs of our patients. I love meeting all the patients and really enjoy "happy Tuesdays"—the day of the week when patients get their braces off!

I have been with Drs. Battistoni and Beam since January 2004. I am bilingual—Mowie po Polsku—and love working with our patients! I am a great listener and enjoy helping people. What I love most about my job is the one-on-one relationship I have with the patients and watching the transition from start to finish. I also like to see how happy our patients are when they are finished with treatment. We have an awesome office and team!

I have been an orthodontic assistant with Drs. Battistoni and Beam for almost ten years. I love getting to know our patients, helping them on a regular basis, and watching their progress on the road to a beautiful smile. I have been married for 17 years and have two sons who keep me very busy. They play a lot of baseball, so my time away from Drs. Battistoni and Beam’s office has me on the bleachers! One has completed his orthodontic treatment, and the other is in treatment now wearing the MARA appliance.

I have been with Drs. Battistoni and Beam since May of 2007. Along with assisting the doctors chairside, I am also the head of our office’s marketing team. In our practice, we love our patients and enjoy getting to know them and their families. I love to see the outcome of each patients smile after treatment is completed. I can relate to our patients as I was also a patient of Drs. Battistoni and Beam. I love my smile and know you will love yours, too!

I have been working with this orthodontic practice for 33 years. What I love about my job as an assistant is the evolution of each patient from start to finish. That great big smile at the end of treatment is so worth it. Also, throughout the years, it has been really nice to see past patients that bring their own children into our office for treatment. That is a wonderful compliment! I have a home in Elmwood Park—the home in which I grew up— and live there happily with my best friend, Michael, and my son, Matthew.

I have been with the practice since receiving my Dental Assistant Certification from Morton Community College in 1996. I enjoy working with patients and seeing the great improvements braces make to a person’s smile. I enjoy assisting the doctors in every facet of the clinical patient care. I love helping calm and reassure children who are concerned about getting braces. It really makes my day when a patient leaves our practice looking happy! I have also been an orthodontic patient of Drs. Battistoni and Beam, and that is why I want to give every patient an efficient, energetic, and fun experience!

I have been with the office since 1994, first as a patient then a few years later as a team member! I take patient photos and X-rays, so we know the best treatment for their oral health. I also make retainers and other appliances to help with treatment. I enjoy working hard to make sure our patients receive the best service available. I have great pride and regard for the work done here. Getting to know our patients personalities and experience their growth and increase in self-esteem as treatment progresses gives me a real sense of fulfillment. I am the mother of three wonderful girls, and most of my family has had treatment with this office.

I love anything and everything about my job. I speak fluent Polish and enjoy when I get a chance to communicate in Polish at work. I have been with Drs. Battistoni and Beam since March of 2010. I have six additional years assisting in the dental field. I like working with the patients and working with a great team. When I am not at work, I am taking care of my family and going to school.

I came to Drs. Battistoni and Beam in February of 2011 with five years of experience in the orthodontics field. I enjoy working with patients to fulfill their expectations of a beautiful smile. I love the family-orientated atmosphere at the offices of Drs. Battistoni and Beam. Being a mother of two, I relate to patients and parents alike. At our practice, we have a fun environment and love making each other laugh!

It is a pleasure to meet you and your family! I have been in the dental field for over 15 years, assisting in general dentistry, implantology, and orthodontics. I was a patient of Drs. Battistoni and Beam myself as well! I love what I do and what I see, especially what a great smile does for each and every patient— whether it's child, teen or adult. I see their confidence and spirit shine through with a smile, and it is a wonderful thing to witness. I am married and have four wonderful children, almost fully grown. Prior to and in between my dental career, the years were filled with having children, PTA, Scouting, and being involved with our community. All of my kids have gone through orthodontics, and as a parent, I can relate to all aspects of patient care.
